  • Hannah Grim is a jewelry designer whose work is influenced by combining both nature and materials human-made. All of Empyreal Aura’s jewelry is handmade by her, using reused materials whenever possible.

  • All of the materials, except for most of the metal findings and wire, are either sourced secondhand from various online sellers, thrift stores, or new directly from other small businesses.

  • Yes! You can head to the “Contact” page on our site and fill out the custom form.

  • You can expect your order to be shipped out within 5 business days. I try to ship as early as possible and provide updates regarding delays. Then you can expect an additional 3-5 days for those presiding in the US. I use USPS to ship orders via Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Unfortunately, due to budget cuts at USPS, slower delivery times may be expected than that 3-5 day estimate.

  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After your item is received, it will be inspected it and your refund will be processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Return shipping must be paid for by buyer.

    If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

    If the product arrived damaged, please send pictures of the item(s). If you wish to have it repaired, we can discuss further depending on the damage. Due to limited quantity of each material I have, I may or may not have the exact same materials to make the repair. Repairs are free.

    If it arrives damaged but you wish to have a full refund, you can return your order within 30 calendar days. If you do not wish to return an order that arrived damaged, you may request a partial refund.

    All return shipping must be paid for by buyer.
